Rotary Youth Exchange
Rotary Youth Exchange students spend up to a year living with host families and attending school in a different country.  Each year more than 8,000 young people in 80 countries have unique experiences through Rotary Youth Exchange.  

New Experiences
Youth Exchange Students learn new ways of living and grow as people by learning new things about themselves.  Some will even learn a new language.  Most attend High School in a grade equivalent to their Alberta level.

Ambassadors
Rotary Exchange Students are ambassadors.  They teach the people they meet about Canada, our culture, and ideas.  Students help bring the world closer – and make lifelong friends in the process.

Program Sponsors
Youth Exchange programs are sponsored by local Rotary clubs and Rotary Districts.  A sponsoring Rotary Club sends each student while a Club in the destination country hosts them.  Rotary is committed to creating and maintaining the safest possible environment for all participants.
